“Farmers Feed Cities”, “Farmers’ roots are deep”….some of the sayings about some of our most important citizens! Schools, churches and bridges are part of the foundation of the valley but without farmers none of them would be here. Farming was the reason many settlers came to the area-even though many of our fields only grew rocks!

Hats off to farmers with this pretty Farmers Market Apron featuring an old red barn. The project is available at Sew Inspired at 106 John Street North in Arnprior and they’ve brought in canvas for the apron body. Nancy’s large, bright shop is a refuge for sewing, quilting and knitting. The shop has a large supply of quilting & sewing supplies, knitting supplies as well as in stock PFAFF sewing machines. There is also a huge classroom. Stop in and be inspired!
